Semi-custom layouts offer a lot of functionality without the additional design time and cost associated with custom configurations. We have put time into developing systems that work well in our semi-custom layouts, while  still offering flexibility to fulfill your needs with an individual touch.

For those interested in something full custom, we start the design process with a thorough assessment of your needs. From there we can create a 3D model, a design specification, and begin material selection. Once your needs are determined and layout is finalized, materials can be ordered. We then go to work building the van.

We currently specialize in the Mercedes Sprinter van, but perform upgrades on all current production vans.

We sometimes have vans in our inventory, but we mainly require that you provide the vehicle for us to build out. 

We can help guide you through optioning and purchasing a vehicle from our Mercedes-Benz or Ford dealership partner, or you can buy a van separately and bring it to us for the conversion.

We use only high quality materials and professional installation techniques, and follow the Mercedes Bodybuilder's Equipment Guidelines to ensure your build is safe, durable and elegant; for a lifetime.

Because of the custom nature of each vehicle, as well as current market conditions, it's best to send us a full list of your needs to get a real idea of cost. Full Sprinter builds typically start around $55,000, but can be more or less depending on requirements.

Our build schedule is constantly evolving, so contact us today to find out when the next slot is available .

You can secure your slot on our build schedule by placing a deposit of $500. This deposit will be applied to your final invoice.

Prior to the build phase, we will detail your van layout with a 3D model, material selection and any other details required to start placing orders and begin building. Plan to spend some time to review options and finalize details.

Once the design is complete and we are ready to start, we require the cost of materials up front. This will be due before or with the drop off of the vehicle.

Semi-custom layouts are the quickest path to completion, material and option specification is generally a quick process. The design process can vary greatly for full custom builds. Once the project kicks off, we generally need about 4-6 weeks to coordinate materials, and about 3-4 months to complete the van.

We will keep you updated throughout the process with phone calls and photo updates. You are welcome to stop by during the process to check things out, but please schedule any appointments in advance.

When it's complete, you  will receive a thorough systems walk-through, as well as a product manual binder, follow-up information and tech support to help you learn your new systems. 

We will also keep you in the loop with future system updates, tips and tricks for van systems usage, and add you to our insider network of van camping hot spots from the coast to popular ski resorts throughout the U.S.

We offer a two year/24,000 mile warranty on installation and craftsmanship, and we will remain available as a resource for all of your journeys ahead!
