This 2005 Dodge/Mercedes Sprinter 2500 with 158" wheelbase formed the perfect base for this unique murphy bed layout plan. With birch plywood framed in red oak trim throughout, the use of the convertible bed creates an open floor plan that flows from front to rear. 

The six foot butcher block counter top provides ample space for big dinners, and the propane oven allows for some serious winter cooking. 

With a webasto diesel fired furnace and ample insulation, this van is well suited for deep winter camping in the highest of high country, time tested for multiple winters in Breckenridge and Aspen Colorado by founder Joseph P. himself. 

With 300 watts of solar and alternator charging supporting the 224 ah AGM battery set, plus propane gas supporting the stove/oven combo and on demand water heater, this van is a boondock master, ready for desert adventures, mountain treks and everything in between.
