Ford Transit Crew Build

This Ford Transit Crew van came from the factory with the rear half unfinished, so we took it and kitted it! We started by adding Flarespace flares to the van, then turned the factory three person bench seat sideways at the clients request, and added a single seater at the slider door opening. We then built a custom dual zone floor. This allowed us to raise the front floor section flush with the seat brackets, avoiding trip hazards, and keep the rear floor lower to maximize headspace in the "living area" in this mid roof van. A folding bed platform was added, in conjunction with our wheel well cabinets.

• Flarespace flares with bunk windows, matched to factory paint color

• Dimmable recessed overhead lighting at rear of van
• Upholstered full interior paneling 
• Flarespace interior trim rings and upholstered finishing 
• Headliner shelf over drivers seats
• Marine plywood floor with coin cell vinyl glued down
• Fully insulated with 3M Thinsulate at rear of van and minicell foam under floor
• Upgraded factory seating arrangement and addition seating added

Cabinetry

• Wheel well cabinets with custom configured compatrments lined with durable coin cell vinyl in garage area
• L-track cargo management system
• Slam latch hardware keep all compartments secure while driving
• Folding/stowing bed platform system with custom hinged Flarespace baja mattress
