The Junior Builder position is for candidates new to the van conversion process. Crossover experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Duties include:

• installing windows, vent fans, heaters, ac units and similar items requiring cutting holes in van bodies 
• mounting and installing roof racks, ladders, cargo carriers, solar panels, seats and other accessories
• installing floors and interior paneling kits and performing interior finishing and upholstery
• assembling and finishing cabinetry units and installing in van
• installing water tanks and plumbing
  

Requirements:

• basic power tool skills 
• attention to detail 
• flexible availability for learning the different aspects of van building
• ability to lift 50 lbs or more  
• positive attitude and willingness to learn
• interest in off-grid, van life & tiny home culture a plus

Long term desire would be for candidate to grow into a Lead Builder role and perform all aspects related to conversion process without the need for oversight.

The Lead Builder position is for candidates with in depth experience building vans.

Duties include:

• installing windows, vent fans, heaters, ac units and similar items requiring cutting holes in van bodies 
• mounting and installing roof racks, ladders, cargo carriers, solar panels, seats and other accessories
• installing floors and interior paneling kits and performing interior finishing and upholstery
• creating and installing wire harnesses
• assembling and finishing cabinetry units and installing in van
• installing water tanks and plumbing 
• overseeing project completion from start to finish
  

Requirements:

• Prior professional experience in the van conversion industry or equivalent
• advanced power tool, marking and measuring skills
• attention to detail 
• knowledge of woodworking and joinery
• knowledge of 120v and 12v electrical systems
• ability to lift 50 lbs or more  
• interest in off-grid, van life & tiny home culture a plus

Long term desire would be for candidate to grow into a Shop Manager role and oversee multiple projects congruently.
